Accommodation (bed and breakfast) is available from Wednesday 10th June to Monday 15th June at own expense (30-40 €/night/person in a double room, breakfast included).

Accommodation at own cost (30-40 €/ night/person in double room, breakfast included. Accommodation is available from 10th to 15th of June. Meals are served at own expense from 10th to 15th of June in Student canteen or restaurant Ratsumestari. Please make reservations by 5th of June to ensure accommodation.

Caravan facilities with electricity are offered. Sufficient sanitary and showering facilities for male and female grooms will be provided by the OC. Electricity fee has to be paid in advance at arrival. Without a reservation in advance the OC cannot ensure caravan facilities or electricity. Please, notify your name and vehicle´s registration number when you make the reservation.

Stabling arrangements are provided from Wednesday 10th to Monday 15th of June. Cost of stabling is not included in the entry fee. Please make reservations by 5th of June. Cost of stabling including hay and bedding: 6 nights 100/€, 5 nights/90€, 4 nights/80€, 3 nights/65€, 2 nights/50€ and 1 night/30€. Ask for special price for the 3rd horse in driving for pairs. Transport expenses to be paid by the competitor.

The time and date of arrival of riders and horses and their means of transport must be given to the OC in order to facilitate them on arrival.
